Return and Exchange Procedure

In case you need an exchange or refund please fill out this Return And Exchange Form

To return an item, follow the instructions to fill out the form and make sure to enclose it with the item(s) that you are returning. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange; if you choose the exchange option please list all the new items, color and size you would like to receive for your returned item(s).

No refund or exchanges will be given for items received without a valid DELUXE SHAPEWEAR Return and Exchange Form.

Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed; we will notify you via e-mail of the status of your refund once we have received the package and processed the return item.
