Return Policy

CUSTOMER RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The most important aspect of our business is customer satisfaction; at Deluxe shapewear, we are devoted to ensuring our customers receive the best quality items so we may keep purchase returns and exchanges to a minimum. Deluxe shapewear meticulously chooses each item of its merchandise to bring you the best selection and style to offer you the highest level of customer satisfaction possible every time you shop with us. However, we are aware that returns and exchanges are a normal part of the business. To that extent, we ask that you carefully read the following policy if you find it necessary to return or exchange an item purchased from us.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return an UNWORN item (refer to conditions and regulations) within thirty (30) business days (Mon-Fri, excluding national holidays) from the date of sale, and request a refund or exchange.


To facilitate a refund or exchange, the conditions and regulations are:

  • Items must be in perfect new condition, meaning they must be UNWORN (not used for purposes other than trying on the garment), with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Items must be free of marks, scents, spots or any physical or alteration damage. To keep items in their original condition, we suggest that when trying on garments, please be freshly bathed and do not apply any body lotion, deodorant, oils, powders, perfumes, makeup, or beauty products that could be transferred to the garment through bodily contact.
  • For obvious hygienic reasons, panties and any other items that have a directcontact with the crotch area, or direct contact with the breast area such asadhesive bras, are not eligible for return.
  • Be aware that the maximum number of exchanges is one (1) time ONLY fromthe original purchase.
  • Exchanges and returns are NOT allowed for products ON FINAL SALE. Specially marked items that are on final sale or on clearance are NOT exchangeable and non-refundable; sales on these item are final.
  • Shipping fees on your original order are NOT refundable, the customer is
    responsible for the return shipping fee. However, if the reason for return is a quality issue we will reimburse the cost of return shipping fees.
  • For purchases ONLINE, our Merchant Provider reserves the right to reject your order if you DO NOT comply properly with the security policies. In this case, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Our Merchant Provider is a third party, for that reason we do NOT save any Credit Card Information.


Please observe the following recommendations when trying on garments, in order to keep your purchase eligible for return or exchange:

  • Be aware that your garment may be manufactured with delicate materials, such as lace, cotton lining, etc., or made of fine fabrics, such as Lycra, Spandex, or other lighter materials. Therefore, we ask that you remove all jewelry prior to trying on your garment, and also make sure you are not using your fingernails or other sharp instruments to help to close or adjust the garment.
  • If you are in post-surgery recovery, please be sure to cover any parts of your body that were subject to operation to prevent any spotting or discoloration of the garment (you can always use sanitary pads). Also, we kindly ask for sanitary reasons that you use underwear when trying on your garment.
